Fill out the online application form with accurate and detailed information. Be sure to provide examples and evidence that demonstrate the nominee's impact in the specified category.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for application submission is Sunday 14th January 2024 at 23:59. Late submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility criteria

This award is open to both individual women and women led organisations who have made a significant impact within healthcare (including doctors, surgeons, dentists, researchers, pharmacists, physician associates, nurses, midwives and allied healthcare professionals)

The award is open to nominees within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland

Nominees should have demonstrated outstanding achievements and contributions that have positively influenced healthcare
Exclusions Criteria

Previous winners of the Cura-H Awards in the same category are not eligible for nomination

Individuals serving on the judging panel or closely affiliated with The Cura-H Awards are not eligible for nomination to maintain impartiality.
Application Requirements

All nominees must submit a completed online application form, providing accurate and detailed information.

It is recommended that nominees attach supporting documents, such as letters of recommendation from peers, colleagues, or other relevant parties and other evidence that substantiate their achievements and contributions.

Nominees and nominators should ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Incomplete applications or those not meeting the specified criteria will not be considered.
The decision of the judging panel is final, and no appeals will be entertained.
